Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your stay. Still have a question? We’re happy to help.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request, subject to availability (and may incur a fee).

What do I need to check in?

A valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit or debit card. The minimum check-in age is 21. We accept major credit and debit cards only — no cash.

How does payment work?

A deposit equal to your first night (plus taxes and fees) is due when you book, and the remaining balance is charged at check-in. A $100 per-room hold is also placed at check-in for incidentals and released after check-out (your bank may take 3–7 business days to process it).

Are pets allowed?

Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome in our designated pet-friendly rooms, up to two dogs per room, for $15 per dog, per night. Dogs must be registered at check-in and leashed in common areas.

Are the rooms non-smoking?

Yes — the property is 100% non-smoking indoors, including vaping. Smoking or vaping inside will result in a $250 cleaning fee plus any related charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

More than 14 days before arrival: full refund less a $25 administrative fee. 14 days or less before arrival: the first night plus taxes is retained. No-shows are charged the full booking. Full details are on our Terms & Conditions page.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes — free high-speed Wi-Fi is included in every room and throughout the property.

Is there food on-site?
