Are RV stays nightly or monthly?

Our RV park is monthly-only — it’s designed for longer stays, not overnight or weekly parking.

What does a monthly RV site cost?

Monthly RV sites are $699 per month, which includes electricity, water, sewer, trash, and all taxes and fees, for up to two guests.

What size RV can your sites accommodate?

Our sites can accommodate rigs or trailers up to 36 feet in length.

What hookups are included?

Each site includes 30 AMP electrical hookups plus water, sewer, and trash. Sites are level and easy to access.

How do I reserve a monthly site?

Availability is limited, so the best first step is to call or text us. After that, submit an application using the Submit Application link on this page, and we’ll walk you through reserving your site.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes — a refundable $100 security deposit is collected at move-in. It’s fully refundable as long as you provide 30 days’ notice before moving out and have no outstanding balance on your account.

Are pets allowed at the RV sites?

Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome at our RV sites for a one-time fee of $30 per pet. Please keep pets leashed in common areas and clean up after them.

Is laundry available?

Yes — on-site guest laundry is available, and you’re within walking distance of downtown Emmett.
