Our RV park is monthly-only — it’s designed for longer stays, not overnight or weekly parking.

What does a monthly RV site cost?

Monthly RV sites are $650 per month, which includes electricity, water, sewer, trash, and all taxes and fees, for up to two guests.

What hookups are included?

Each site includes 30 AMP electrical hookups plus water, sewer, and trash. Sites are level and easy to access.

How do I reserve a monthly site?

Availability is limited, so the best first step is to call or text us — we’ll confirm what’s open and walk you through reserving your site.

Are pets allowed at the RV sites?

Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please keep dogs leashed in common areas and clean up after them.

Is laundry available?

Yes — on-site guest laundry is available, and you’re within walking distance of downtown Emmett.
